"Dear Team, I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding the 9+1 scheme purchased from CaratLane Jewellery, Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida. Under this scheme, we paid INR 2,000 per month for 9 months, amounting to INR 18,000, along with an additional bonus of INR 2,000 provided by CaratLane, making the total value INR 20,000. At the time of enrolling in the scheme, we were not informed that the amount needed to be endorsed or utilized within 45 days after the scheme completion. This crucial condition was never communicated verbally or explained during the purchase, which is highly unprofessional and misleading. Further, we were extremely surprised to learn that the total amount of INR 18,000 was converted into e-gold without our consent or prior intimation. This action was taken unilaterally and without written or verbal approval from us. In light of the above, I kindly request you to review this matter urgently and provide us with the full credit amount of INR 20,000, as originally committed under the scheme. If this issue is not resolved amicably and promptly, we will be constrained to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance and legal forums. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution."

"Dear CaratLane Team, I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I recently had at your Gaur City Mall store. My wife and I had submitted a bracelet for repair at the store. At the time of deposit, the staff informed us about the possible change in weight after repair and the estimated time it would take. However, there was no communication whatsoever regarding the repair charges. When I visited the store today to collect the bracelet, I was informed that I needed to pay ₹840 for the repair, which was minor in nature. When I raised a concern about the lack of prior communication on the charges, the store attendant insisted that the charges had been communicated earlier and implied that we must have missed it. Both my wife and I clearly remember that no such information was shared. While I have already made the payment, I am disappointed by how the situation was handled. The issue is not the amount but the lack of transparency and the attempt to shift blame onto the customer, which reflects poorly on the store’s ethics and service standards. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure such incidents are not repeated in the future. Clear communication and transparency go a long way in maintaining customer trust—something we have always associated with CaratLane until now."
